Head of Snot
Indication
There is a very prominent frontal sinus with mild mucosal thickening noted on the left side. There is opacification of the anterior ethmoidal air cells bilaterally. There is extensive mucosal thickening bilateral maxillary sinuses and mucosal thickening of the infundibulum leading to obstruction to the drainage of the sinus. There is opacification of the anterior ethmoidal air cells as well on both sides.
More posteriorly there is opacification of a few anterior ethmoidal . Sphenoidal sinuses are well developed. The sphenoethmoidal recesses are patent bilaterally. There is no evidence of bone destruction of abnormality. The soft tissue densities surrounding the paranasal sinuses are unremarkable.
Impression
Extensive mucosal thickening involving the maxillary sinuses bilaterally. Occlusion of the osteomeatal complex bilaterally leading to opacification of the anterior ethmoidal air cells. There is mucosal thickening involving the frontal sinus ont he left side. The sphenoethmoidal recesses are patent.
When your nose is as big as mine and your shit gets plugged it becomes a world of hurt.

Confession
This is something I wrote about a former co-worker. This is the first draft of the first draft...
Bless me Father for I have sinned. It’s been 32 years since my last confession.
- Go on.
Father, in the last 32 years I have been very sinful:
I have wished my parents dead because my mother left my father after he was caught in my parents bed with his secretary.
I have wished my step-father dead because he would not give me any of his money – and he has more than he could ever spend.
I had pre-marital sex with three men at once who defiled my body.
I told my first husband that I was chaste before marrying him.
I cheated on my first husband while I was pregnant with our first child.
Our second child isn’t his.
I never loved my first husband, and when he left me I wasn’t sad.
I am a cheat at work. – I lie, steal, thieve, cannive, manipulate everyone and everything I can to get what I want.
I lust after my boss.
I do not love my second husband.
I have not been faithful to my second husband since the first week that we were married.
My third child is his, but I wish she weren’t.
My first husband has filed to take full custody of my oldest two children. That makes me happy that I don’t have to care for them any longer.
I lust after my boss.
Since my boss won’t fuck me I fuck anyone else in the office who will.
I have broken up two marriages at my current job.
I’m thirty five years old but I take drugs to act cool and to fit in with my younger co-workers.
When I drive home at night I remove my seatbelt and I mostly think I should point my car at a telephone pole and close my eyes and hope for impact.
I don’t pray, but when I do it’s for my second husband to get cancer or have an embolism or fall on an axe.
I put a pillow over my youngest child’s face while she slept so I wouldn’t have to worry about her, but I couldn’t do it. Not yet.
